The way it makes me feel,
Helping me through any,
And all situations.
Whether happy,
Sad,
Excited,
Or angry;
It’s always there.
Telling me what others don’t,
And saying things I can’t.

When you can belt out your favorite songs
With your friends,
And turning up your music on full blast
When you’re alone,
Just soaking in the lyrics.

The feeling of seeing your idols live,
It’s a sensation you can’t recreate.
It truly is the greatest feeling you can have.
Hearing the lead vocalists singing passionately into the microphone,
And the other band members jumping around the stage,
Playing their instruments with what seems like unlimited energy.
Screaming the lyrics you’ve sung so many times back to the stage.
Being pushed up against hundreds of other loud, screaming fans.
That may sound tortuous to some,
But it sounds perfect to me.
