What if
I could write about her complexion
But what if she cannot read?
I could sing of my affection
But what if her ears bleed?
I could dance about our love
But what if she cannot walk?
I could listen to her voice from above
But what if she cannot talk?
So much could occur
But yet these questions do in my mind stir
and cowardliness makes me weak
But her love I'll continue to seek
