Feeling Pain
What is it to feel another's pains
To feel another's agonizing and piercing pain through your veins,
How can one imagine the agony
Or relive a tragedy
People blame others to mask their troubles
They leave others in the dust and rubble
No effort to know ones past
Just trying to make a winner feel last
How can anyone think they understand
Our past scars us like a brand
But yet we try
We force others to cry
To contemplate what is causing the pain
Maybe it is not in the brain
Where the troubles lie
But in the heart where we slowly die
