A Dream
If only you knew
What harm I was put through
Then you wouldn't have been so cruel.
My appearance you used as tool
To put me in pain
You drove me insane.
But yet I still pray
And dream what a life it would be,
If someone was there to support me.
If only you would've known how I felt,
I wonder how far your heart would melt.
How would you feel?
Would you have sympathy? Apathy?
Would you have thought how I felt was a catastrophe?
I think not.
Thoughts swarm through my mind like a group of angry bees.
These thoughts, these feelings.
They can't be tamed.
If only you knew.
If only you knew what harm I was put through.
If only you knew my pain.
But I guess a life of love and peace is just a dream.
A dream that will drive you insane.
