Autumn
Leaves are falling
days getting shorter
and definitely colder
everything is slowly getting more sad, along with my mindset of life
the heat is being turned on in cars
windows being rolled up
Putting away cute summer clothes
as the memories fade, and my happiness
time to bust open the wads of jeans
and old long sleeves that never fit
Time to fight another winter battle
