House of Mirrors, House of Glass

I'm trapped in a house of mirrors,
I'm contained in a house of glass,
The reflections will shine clearer,
My soul exposed in mass.

I cannot evade my shadows,
They follow much too fast,
As peaceful as a meadow,
As broken as the past.

A hopeless cry exuding sorrow,
My wavering hope; t'will be the last,
The true colliding with the shallow,
Freedom rains while shards are cast.

When people read my poem, I hope they realize that they have the capability to do anything when they put in hard work and effort. With motivation, you can break free from whatever is holding you back in life.
