Every Summer
A sky so blue
hanging over on open field
a whisper so soft
sweet words concealed
No sense in hiding
the way we feel
the cows and corn will keep our secrets,
secrets that are tightly sealed
It seems like every summer
we end up in this place
A vast amount of memories
To fill this open space
Down every dirt road
another promise is made
and I can't help but wonder
If this love will ever fade
