The Better Life

I look past the city lights
And see the valley with sheep in all of their might,
Their curly hair to keep them warm
And shelter them from the harsh wind that storms.
The shepherd walks them through the hills,
To their country home full of wonderful thrills,
Where they can relax and play all day,
And always be merry and gay.
