I am confused and unloved.
I wonder what I did to be ignored.
I hear my dad saying I’m disappointed in you.
I see him yelling at me.
I want him to just love me.
I am confused and unloved.
I pretend that I don’t care.
I feel that I let him down.
I touch my heart.
I worry that I will never make things right.
I cry every night.
I am confused and unloved.
I understand that nobodies perfect.
I say don’t worry.
I dream that I will never get a second chance.
I try to hide the pain.
I hope to make things right.
