"A Horrendous Storm"

A storm intrudes the clear and cloudless sky.
The sand rages up from beneath with every pounding footprint.
Immediately the birds aviate and soar to safety.
They wait patiently so that they may resume their pilgrimage.
The powerful majestic horses stayed mighty as one.
Their heartbeat was as roaring as drums.
Together they withstood the storm.
The sky was cleared of mayhem.
The horses were then vivacious and pleasant again.
