Skinny and thin
Is what I seek.
Why can’t I win?
Why am I so weak?
Bottles of pills
Become my nutrition.
Who knows when I will
Stop my painful addiction.
When will the weight
Melt away.
When will my inner hate
Drift away.
How long will this last?
The time I cannot see.
I must end this fast
Before my addiction ends me.
