Pointless Wars
I walk the path of sacrifice
I work for those of greed
Here in an army of thousands
As we march through the desert weeds
We march, leaving our brothers
Leaving them to rot
After a bloody battle fought
Marching on without a single thought
We take the villages sought after
Either by force or by treaty
Our generals drink with laughter
They always think it's too easy
As we return supposed heros of war
The thoughts of battle linger
The minds of the army are tore
The king waves his little finger
Telling us to leave again for war
