Hunt for greed.
It’s mounted square on the wall
the hunter’s elephant gun.
It will fire just once today
he only needs to kill one.
Greed for precious ivory
has a hold on this man’s heart.
The thought of gold and riches
Keeps his judgment in the dark.
Gun in hand, he ventures out
to his favorite hiding spot.
Before long he sees his kill
and then he lines up his shot.
Squeezing the trigger then BANG!
The elephant falls and dies.
He approaches where it lies
And goes to claim his prize
