Not Ok
When people asked she replied I'm ok
The scars she hid, the smiles were fake
Everynight the guilt kept her awake
Everyday she thought her life she would take
She went on and on from morning till night
Fooling them all, thinking shes all right
Walking around like there's nothing to hide
But nobody knew how often she cried
While sitting in a pew at the church one day
She lifted her eyes to God and prayed
Finally she had the strength to say
 I'm not ok
