The anger boils my blood
The tears about to floor
Bottled up for so long
The hurt and pain I can’t prolong
The nagging thoughts, the hurtful words
The effect runs deep within my veins
The time has come to stop this pain

Nasty comments only a joke
The hurt it causes makes me choke
The tears are streaming from my bloodshot eyes
My heart pulled apart I ask myself why
A silly giggle, a funny smile
I blocked it all out for a little while
But flooding out the emotions come
Every part of my body numb
No more struggling can I face
I hide myself in pure disgrace.
