Morning
Yesterday when I woke up in the morn
I felt tired, like I was just born
My first though is not again
I will go back to sleep soon, but when?
I try to drag myself out of bed
But it feels like I’ve been hit in the head
My feet are asleep as if I’ve lost them
My nose feels like it’s full of phlegm
I take a step into the shower
It feels like I’ve been in there more than an hour
I get out, and slowly get dressed
I feel as though by a train, I have been messed
Did I do my homework, probably not
It just sits and bag to rot
I eat some food, and sit right down
I look outside and begin to frown
The suns still down, and so am I
Waking up makes me want to cry
I don’t want to move, but know I must
Never mind, back to bed I lust
