Ode to Music

It’s a light in the dark.
Every note makes its mark.
A drawing with words.
Something easily heard.
Using instruments to be played.
A new song everyday.
It will never run out,
without even a doubt.
Words sang with much power.
A new story told by the hour.
This is an ode to those tiny black notes…
It’s one of the world’s most powerful antidotes.
