That simple yet touching rain,
So beautiful,
How could you ever complain.
It slowly drips down my face,
like an unending and boring race.
Whenever it rains I feel clean,
It washes away my negative esteem.
Walking in silence hearing nothing but music,
The dropping of the rain oh how it's so frantic.
Feeling so warm when the rain is so cold,
Smiling so wide like I'm searching for gold.
Not knowing what to do when the sun comes out,
I could enjoy it or just sit there and pout.
So here's to you rain you are ever so enchanted,
So please don't ever take my feelings for granted.

I wrote this poem on a rainy day of course, but the main point I was trying to explain is that the rain benefits me in many ways.
