Mom, I Did My Best

Mom, I did my best
On every contest
But I fain each test.
I guess this is not my call
For each time I try, I fall
Just like a deflated ball.
I don't think I'll try again
For I just can't bear the pain
Of losing this once again.
Should I really give it a rest?
Or should I try again this test?
Cause, Mom, I really did my best.
