My hero my owner
I used to live in a box
on the streets
wandering and wandering
but no one ever sees, me
But then he came and saved me
And here starts my life of him and me
It’s morning and here goes another day
Oh how much I wish he would pet me
How much I wish to be seen
All he does is do his things
Now will he ever see me?
But it’s ok
I love him and someday, he will love me
It is now afternoon
he does not walk me
He does not feed me
Afraid to leave the door steps
For when I leave
he will not see me when he comes home
Snif snif and sniffing all day
The scent of him calms me everyday
The memories of this home
For when he is down
I come around and lay down
by his side like a ghost standing by his side
Will he ever notice me?
Is what comes to my mind
Pet me oh pet me please
I don’t want to wander on streets
And thankful for a place to live
Now to thank you I will do
What it takes and be with you
For owner, in your eyes you may not have a clue
of what I am like, Who I am
But to me, you will always be
my hero, my owner, and my everything
