Being Dreamt
Did the world stumble into existence?
Or is it the outcome of someone’s dream?
Is our life a chemical mistake?
Or the product of another’s scheme?

When I see so much beauty in this life
No matter how hard I try
It’s hard to sit back and say
That an accident forged the sky

 Though some people believe
That there is no possible creator
And it is impossible to think beauty
Is the product of something greater

I don’t know who is right
If we are an accidental seam
But I know that I would rather
Be the product of a dream
