Chain linked fence
Guarding my emotions
Protecting my thoughts
Keeping me in

Chain linked fence
Letting nothing out to run about
Limiting all
From behind a mental wall

Chain linked fence
Caged, confined, constricted
Bottled in and bound by lies
Forever cursed until I die

This chain-linked fence
That I cannot stand
I’m bound to snap
In chains I’m damned

Its really cool how the chains both keep dangerous things out but also constrict this person in terms of his emotions. I really like it, keep it up!!!

Wow i love that. I love the way you made metephorical chains seem more like real ones. It's something everyone can relate to and it's filled with pain and anger. It's perfect.
