That Girl
That girl never lies

 In her I see skies

That uplifts me when she’s aside

 Such reasons up high

 For tomorrow I shall try

 Fly high and don’t cry
 That girl’s never a thief

In her I see no grief

 To forgo and forgive

 A pace of earning relief

 Piercing my soul with peace
 That girl never judge

For me and my losing trust

 She sips my spilling grudge

 Upheavals and even huffs

 Things left do indulge

 For I to be tough

 That girl never shy

 For things she owns right

 Life frowns then bright

No means keeping your mind tight

 Such challenges fade with light
 Gracefully it will strike
 That girl never plays

 A heart drowns in dismay

 It’s a lesson I couldn’t pay

A word no one would say

 To embrace the upcoming days

 Though with trails of yesterday

    To respect your own taste

    To give and have space

    To leave all disgrace

 And earn a self-praise.
That girl is a mere friend

Who I wish to have her hand

In smile or in the rain

In my heart is where she remains.
 That girl is reading this

 Whose presence is a bliss

Whom one day I will miss

In hope this friendship will never cease
