Introvert Heart
We seek enemies to create our identity

Something to be opposed to, which we seek relentlessly

We hide in a corner until knowledge drips like raindrops from a leaf

Upon our psyche which rests in the dark, only whilst we sleep

Introvert waning extrovert waxing means to an end of self-annihilation

Slipping into a world previously unforeseen and left truly defenseless

The most beautiful sound of the chaotic soul is that which soothes him

Silence is the most deafening gratitude I can seal away

He who searches outside dreams, he who knows inside himself awakens

Stained glass reflection lies, the sun shines on every man alike

But when the shadows glare only the truly beautiful still glow

Be who you want to be, not whom you want the world to see
