So I wanted to write a poem like Saul
But then I realized all I would do is fall
Fall into a sea of failing
Failing grades, failing everything
I’d rather smile about my grades, smile about everything.
Everything and anything is what they tell me to hope for.
Hope for any dream that is truly my own
But this isn’t my hope it’s only truly my reality.
This reality isn’t granted with bright sunny skies
It’s more like dark cloudy skies.
