I sit at this computer
Looking at the poems I posted
Hoping to find an answer
To things I’ve doubted

I wait for someone to comment or rate
The poems that bear my soul
That might just hold my fate
That I will never be whole

I wait for people to comment and rate
Hoping someone can bear to read my pains
And hopefully not feel my hate
I wait for someone who feels what my heart contains

Is there someone out there that feels the way I feel?
Someone that feels my pain?

If there is someone that feels the same as me

My life is out there on the internet
For anyone to see
But I bet
Nobody cares about me

It is out there
So how come nobody sees
The pain I am unwilling to share
How come nobody agrees

Because nobody cares
About the sad little girl
Who dares
To put her sad life out there in plain view of the worl’

I know that there are
People with worse problems than me
With a terrible war
And things that nobody wants to see

People deal with hunger
People are homeless
And other things but I’m not sure
Of and cannot assess

My problems are meager I know
Compared to others’
But they are problems, though
And my problems and pains
