A Small Glimpse of Heaven

The storm clears
and the sun begins to shine
exposing rays of colors
that have been hidden behind
I stare up at the sky
in an awe
it's like nothing
I've ever saw
The colors go up and down
in a beautiful display
I've never seen
colors blend this way
The various lights
hit the ground
it makes you think of yourself...
Profound
Eventually the rainbow fades
and you close your eyes
trying to see it again
a glimpse of heaven in disguise
