Unknown Places
I steadily trek through the unknown
Alone, with five teachers
Sight who lead me without fear during the day
But at night is rendered useless
Sound who warns me of my surroundings
Can also betray me
Touch that can comfort me
Can also cause me great pain
Taste who can satisfy my needs
Can also lead to my downfall
Smell who can sooth me
Can also make me cringe
Alone, with five teachers
I emerge from the unknown
Triumphantly I stand
And steadily trek towards the next unknown
