Sitting here looking up at the stars,
Wondering just how far away you are,
I know you are thinking of me to,
But it is just about time you knew,
We've grown apart I'm sorry to say,
I've been thinking about it everyday,
I do not want to hurt you,
Not because it will hurt me to,
I'm really not going to try to lie,
So please do not start to cry,
As i call to say my last goodbye.

The author's comments:
just broke up with my ex a few weeks ago and its hard on me because I'm used to having someone there for me and just who can help me through everything, so when i broke up with him, i lost everything. I don't like to talk to people and i tend to push people away if i fear they are getting to close. So its hard for me to talk to people. I'm pushing a few people away as we speak because of the fact that they are colleges students and i don't want to get hurt.
