These shelves
They surround me
all full with books
each one has a story
all you have to do is look
from princesses to pirates
and vampires to wolves
everyone of them holds excitement
that no person could
if you wanted you can get lost in them
to be be in your own little world
or you can pretend to be somebody else
somebody you never could
the fun doesn't stop there
there's more for it to share
just pick up a book
and another life is there
