words left unspoken,
never said,
build up inside us,
cloud our heads.

with words left unspoken,
tears in our eyes,
it all makes us realize,
the pain kept inside.

our words left unspoken,
don't they wonder what we feel?
sometimes we feel like,
never will we heal.

the words now spoken,
relieved, with a sigh,
no more weight on our shoulders,
we're beginning to fly.
