Because I could not stop for death, He kindly stopped for me; The carriage held but just ourselves and immortality.
Emily Dickinson

In 1969 you found me all alone
at the train station
your family owns
your hair and eyes both dark
you radient so pure
heavens angels; Hark!
in 1969 i would love you
under the moonlights mist
by the lakes early due
to see the stars shine bright
we stayed out late
forever i wanted to be at your side
In 1969 i asked for your hand
i knew you weren't sure
i asked repeatedly again
and in 1969 you wore the wite gown
i whatched you walk down the isle
with a pure smile, no frown
and if i could its fine
to forever live life
in 1969
