Roses are red,
Violets are blue
I crawl back to bed,
I fly back to you.

You are my garden
I am a feather.
I give you my pardon -
You cannot shield me from the weather.

I need you right now.
If you cannot see,
I never ask how.
I just let us be.

Something is new
In the way I perceive.
And it's because of you
Now I believe.

I threw away the past.
Finally I see
On this broken glass
How soft rose petals can be.

I like how light this poem is. It's not really as heavy as my other, more passionate poems.
