Are we the same?
To some of them, it's just a game
They do anything to hide the pain
 They lie and kill,
 And cheat and steal,
And yet, no one to blame

 No satisfaction does it bring
To take a life for offering
Could you live with such a burden
When your life is never certain?
And yet, no one to blame

No joy is found among the blood
It mixes with the ash and mud
You cannot tell which face belongs
In hero tales and tribute songs
And yet, no one to blame

No loyalty is left to keep
Among the rubble and stone heap
No one stands to point the finger
So to our History, we look and linger
Asking, are we one and the same?
