Gazing up at the moonlight,
My love will come for me tonight.
He comforts me after miserable days
For which he has to stay away.
But not before he stays
True to his name,
And drinks from an
Innocent bystander's vein.
I turn, and get a surprise
By the fire.
For there is my darling, ravenous
Vampire.
