Let the Dead Speak

I am a ghost,
Or might as well be,
I am apart,
Ever apart.

I walk with my head down,
Hood up, and hands in my pockets,
So no one will notice me,
So no one ridicules me.

Sad,
Shunned,
Scorned,
Cursed.

They looked down on me,
I’m nothing special,
At least not to them,
Only to you,
My medium.

We have a lot in common,
Still stories to tell,
You are here,
To hear my tales,
My name is Robin,
But I can’t help but wonder,
Why am I here?
