It Is Christmas MAG
Large, flat flakes of snow
fall upon every head,
joining all under a halo
of wishes.
Above, the stars illuminate
the world,
united to form one great light -
almost as bright as
that precious star
of so long ago.
The streets are brightened
with red and green
blinking lights -
outshone only by
the sparkling faces of the young.
The angels sing -
the children sing -
the world sings -
because
it is Christmas.
