Depression

Depression, sits on his favorite emoshop chair, daydreaming and staring off into the endless skies of emotion town, slowly waiting for his days to come by and his soul to fade away. Depression is no better than a corpse, he does not move, he does not show any emotion. At his best mood, or should we say, his “best days” he walks outside, sits in his broken vehicle, and slowly drives to his “friend” grim. They exchange a few words, but nothing much really comes out and eventually, Depression takes his leave. When he arrives at his worn-down apartment, Depression either sits on his broken chair or he slowly but surely crawls back upstairs to sleep in his makeshift coffin. He closes the coffin hoping that he can meet Caring and Hardworking the next day.

I wrote a poem that represents my one of my emotions. Although I never lost my parents, I do have depression and I wrote a poem based off what an average depressed person.
