I didn't see it coming
I didn't see it coming,
The day you left.
I pictured us running,
From the time that was theft.
My negative thoughts came true,
I was shutting them out at the start.
But over time these thoughts grew,
Once confirmed they ripped out my heart.
To be together was pure bliss,
But now you have committed this crime.
Now I feel it was just a toxic kiss,
I realized you poisoned my mind.
The way my soul feels is pitiful,
You used to make my ugly feel stunning.
Now my body feels decayed and miserable.
And I didn't see it coming.
