“Family Reunions” A Golden Shovel Poem - Based on “a party” by John Brandi
When a family meets together, a
light glows, and a party
riddled with joy finally starts, where
you can be happy with everyone
and music rings out that says
you never truly say goodbye
to those you love, and even then
the memory of your time with them stays.
