I am sick.
I have fallen ill.
There is something wrong inside of me
that is starting to overfill.
I can not control it.
I can not heal.
It’s something that is not just in my head
but something that is real.
It is growing.
Growing in size.
But not because of something I have
but because of your lies.
You are a tumor.
One that is thick.
I can not get rid of you,
you make me sick.
You make me angry.
