Sleepless
There I lie on a bed made for rest
But my brain is restless
It’s already 3 am, I guess it’s alright
As long as I get to sleep by 4
Well it’s 4 am, I got nothing, I’m awake, too awake actually
Let's try some meditation. I turned off my phone.
Breathe 1,2,3,4,5 OUT. 1,2,3,4,5 feel your surroundings
It’s too dark and too quiet for a overthinker like myself, this won’t work
It’s already 6 am, got school in a bit imma just try to sleep on my own while watching a video
My eyes are closing, it’s working I feel it goodnight . . . wait what is this
I'm too aware of my surroundings for me to be sleeping. Is what I'm seeing
Hallucinations or am I dreaming right now? I'm seeing weird things imma wake up.
I heard writing helps you clear your mind and that's what I'm going to do.
Maybe i'll write some weird poem

An experience I've been through before in my life. A day I used poetry to clear my mind in order to sleep.
