Reading Minds
These thoughts are not my own
She's thinking of another guy
I guess that saved me some time
He’s thinking about his late brother
Should I help him
The teacher wants to go home
He’s not the only one
The class pet is thinking about food
Damn I'm hungry too
The smart kid is solving equations
How does he do that
My best friend is thinking of something funny to say
To bad I already know
The “quiet kid” is not so quiet
His thoughts are louder than most
I wish I could hear my own thoughts
Whatever, it’s just another day of school
