My ever-cherished, charming town
Here am I back, dear city of mine
To your roads, bouncing up and down
To your northern air, and to my shrine.
Long have I craved for your breeze
For the sight of your blessed land, ever-green
Unchanged, my love for you shall never cease
Your like, my pearl, I have never seen.
Long have I dreamt of your mystical sea
Down there, where I am desperately exiled
But now, I can feel you embracing me
Like a mother embraces her child .
