What is this war; should I flee

a desperate plea

ferocious cries

watered, but a dead tree

what is this war, with this loud gun

when all I hear is "run!"

as if there's danger?

when I'm just sitting, unbothered, in the sun

what is this darkness? when all I see is life

an unknown imagining a fight

who is this villain?

with tantrums, evil but a might

why are buildings burning, people - dead

while I lie on the floor - unsaid

"oh look she doesn't care!"

I do. should I know to go where? oh!

the unsaid emotions, the demanding flow

it's all in my head, all, my feelings low

no war, no villain, no fire, no words

I just lie there lifeless, with life and dead.
