Theres a girl in my mirror beat black and blue.
Theres a girl in my mirror unlike me or you.
Theres a girl in my mirror whos carved FAT in her skin.
Theres a girl in my mirror who would die to be thin.
Theres a girl in my mirror who cannot see the deadly grip she has on me.

It is nonfiction, but not as severely as the poem suggests. I use poetry to aid in recovery...it really helps. Thank you for your comment :).

oh my. D: i hope that's not you. upon reading the first line, i was thinking of abusive boyfriends but then the meaning became clear with the rest of this short poem. it's good and the repetition is nice but i just really raelly hope that was just fiction.
