If hunting were a color,
It would be green
As green as the trees in spring.
If hunting were a taste,
It would be just like the taste of jerky.
If hunting were a feeling,
It would be as delightful as learning to shoot.
If hunting were a smell,
It would be the scent of gunpowder.
If hunting were a sound,
It would be as loud as the whistling wind.
