Things I've Done That Haven't Helped

I have brushed my teeth
I have made my bed
Changed my clothes
Took my meds
Drank water
And showered
I have cut
I have burned
Over and under eaten
Skipped my meds
Stared at my phone
And cut people out
Nothing has helped
And I'm still sad
I've made new friend's
And I've isolated
I've dressed up
And I've dressed down
I paid too much and too little attention
And I'm still stuck digging my own grave trying to get out.

I don't know what the photo is it wouldn't load at all, sorry if it doesn't fit the poem. This is about things I have done that haven't helped. TW! mentions of SH and possibly ED.
