A Thunderstorm is a Symphony
A thunderstorm is a symphony
 It has many different parts
 It holds several different pieces
That match up and sound beautiful

 With every rumble of thunder
 It’s like a beat of a drum
 Pounding the beat
 And a crash of lightening
 Is a collision of symbols
Trying to have a beat of its own

But the rain maintains the melody
And it sings softly in my ear
 Its lullaby, it’s longing
 The rain, the symphony.
