It broke my heart
Sitting in that room
Hugging my arms to keep away the cold
It broke my heart
Being told I couldn't go back
Something I worked so hard for
Something I cared about so much
It broke my heart
Thinking about all those memories lost
The experience gone
It still breaks my heart
Every day
And I know it breaks yours too
So I try to be strong
But it hurts
It broke my heart
